RETURNS / REFUNDS
If within 30 days of your purchase you are not satisfied with your product you may return or exchange it for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from our receiving of the product. The product must be in resellable condition* and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please include the reason for your return in the return form.
CUSTOM ORDERS & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. We will gladly exchange any custom orders that are defective (e.g. fabric flaws, design, etc.) Custom orders include, but are not limited to, name/number customizations, custom artwork, etc. If you would like to refund your item, please fill out the form at the top of this page and select “Refund” then follow the instructions in your email.
*Resellable condition: Garments must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Brims of ballcaps must be unaltered and unbent (hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope).
